Default Getting around Quartzsite AZ

HI fellow class B owners.
We are headed to Quartzsite Arizona for the first time, during the RV show in January. We read there is not much parking + are wondering how you get around in Quartzsite Arizona when it's packed with people, and you're staying way out away from where the RV show is. Is it safe to ride a bicycle on the roads ?

I would not want to ride a bike on those busy roads with many folks not paying attention, especially to cyclists.

We camped within about a mile+ of the Big Tent, which for us was an easy walking distance.

I personally would not ride a bicycle on 95. It is mainly just a two lane road and with the amount of traffic I would not feel safe. If you have a tow, it would be best to take it. Do not go the first weekend as it is too crowded. Go early, stay out of the washes and you should be okay.

Can you get around on an ATV? Are there any trails into town from the camping areas?

I'm here in Quartzsite now. I see people on bikes everyday. I think it's a good way to get around.
