Default 1996 Ford Club Wagon E150 campervan 147000 miles!

This is a simple example of a campervan, I did the mods cheaply and kept my goals simple. Not as fancy as many of the rigs here, but I lived in it for 5 months, working and traveling across the US.

Automatic transmission paired with the legendary ford 5.8 v8 which gets about 17mpg, both with 147000 miles, AC and heat work great. New stereo with USB and aux plugs so you can use your phone or ipod. New Michelin tires were put on last summer. Comes with four captains chairs, but I removed two in the rear to make room for the cabinets and refrigerator. This is ideal as a camper van - I built a bed platform with storage underneath, aluminum faced cabinets, a kitchen food prep area and a space for a small refrigerator (not included), with a table at the foot of the bed for eating meals. I used this as a camper for 6 months, and it works great.

Installed a Coleman MachIII RV-type 13,000 btu AC unit on the roof, and it circulates cool air through the existing vents in the ceiling once you park in a campground and plug into 110volt AC....there are two 110 volt inlets mounted on the drivers side, outside, for plugging into campground power. One dedicated just for the AC unit and another to run the microwave, fridge and whatever else you want. Tow hitch and round 7-pin connector, good spare, factory tinted windows behind driver, passenger seat is currently facing backward, for sitting and drinking coffee in the mornings, but can easily be put back to normal (face forward) if you have a travel companion.

Recently replaced:
fuel pump
front suspension
battery
steering box

Any questions, just call me 913-231-4035 or email me at 43jeep@gmail.com

Asking $4900 firm and I think thats a steal, considering low miles, inside cabinets and bed, and the rooftop AC unit. If you're not interested in the van as a camper and would rather buy it for a straight vehicle, email me and we can talk. It would be a simple matter to remove most of the campervan components. Contact via email or phone or text. Located in Kansas City, Kansas. Clear title in hand, more pics on request. Thanks for looking folks!
