If you get a chance, would you be able to take a look at them and see what the offset is? Most aluminum wheels would have it marked on the back side of them, but may need to be measured.

We haven't had much information on the newer versions of the Chevy Roadtrek aluminum wheels, so it would be very interesting.

with tires on and not being able to measure the thickness of the bead, they appear to be 16x7.5" (maybe 16x7") with approx 3.5" back spacing.

Thanks, valvegod, that would indicate a zero offset or slightly minus, which typical for aftermarket wheels, like older AR were also, and quite wrong for the Express vans, IMO, which are stock at +28mm offset.

You should be able to measure the offset directly by laying it on by putting a board across the tire side wall and measure to the wheel mounting surface from the inside and outside of the tire. I am surprised the wheels aren't marked with size and load capacity, as that is pretty important on aluminum wheels, especially cast ones.

they normally measure from the inside of the bead for wheel width, offset and back spacing but beads are buried in the tire wall so cannot be specific. The load capacity on the wheels are 3250 lbs. just no size listed. only part numbers, casting numbers etc.

That is the normal way to measure a wheel, but with tires on you can't ever do that accurately. The tires locate off the inside of the wheel bead, and the tires should be symmetrical, so you can take the outside of the sidewall to wheel locating surface and subtract them/2 for offset, but it doesn't work for wheel width or backspace.
