Well-maintained Rialta with 28,900 miles. Very clean, has never been smoked in. All the basics you probably already know:
Sleeps two to four people (see below)
Kitchen includes a sink, small working fridge and two-burner gas stove
Bathroom includes toilet, sink and full shower
3/4 length closet for hanging clothes, plus plenty of overhead storage space
A full list of features is available in the owner's manual: http://rialtainfo.com/winnebag.....Rialta.pdf
All the main systems—water, LP (gas), electric, generator, and batteries—are in good working order. The Rialta has been winterized and stored so it is ready to go.
In addition to regularly scheduled maintenance, over $5,000 of additional updates have been made since May 2013:
New air compressor (assists with proper function of air conditioner)
New engine battery
New water heater (3-year protection plan)
Two new water pumps (3-year protection plan)
New gray and black water release valves and fittings
LED bulbs in all light fixtures
New ball joints and front end alignment
The following modifications have been made to the interior, to prepare it for a complete modernization (see this video for inspiration:
Installed AM/FM Stereo with satellite radio option and USB/iPod docking station
Removed the two second-row seats to give more room for bike storage, office or entertaining. These seats are available for re-purchase and can be reinstalled. When folded down these second-row seats become an additional bed for one additional adult or two children. Please inquire if you're interested in the seats.
Removed the 1997 microwave (to give more overhead space in the coach)
Removed the 1997 10-inch television and use the casing to store books
If you're looking for a completely original Rialta, this is not the coach for you. But if you're looking for a well maintained, low-mileage and reliable Rialta that you can completely modernize and customize, you'll love this vehicle.
If we love it so much, why are we selling it? Height. We intended to use it for long road trips, but I can't stand up straight in it (at 6'), and that became a deal breaker for multi-week trips. Otherwise, we love this RV. We looked for one for almost three years and were thrilled with the cleanliness and low miles we found in this one. We'd love to sell it to a new owner who's going to enjoy it like we have!
