Roadtrek's newly reopened website has a teaser about a future Ford based model. The Roadtrek brand is now owned by Rapido, the owners of Westfalia, so maybe the new Ford based Roadtrek will be similar.

Since we don't have this Ford platform, we won't get this model. I find it bizarre that US websites keep flogging itl.

Presumably Rapido will eventually bring the Westphalia back to NA, but it won't be this one.

I take it the Ford Transit Nugget falls somewhere between the Transit Connect and the Transit 150. Something like this could be built on the slightly larger low roof short Transit 150 without too much difficulty. It’ll give the Ram 1500 based pop tops (Axion & Tofino) a run for their money. Throw in the AWD option and you have a successor to the cultish Westfalia Syncro of old.
