Usually we camp. This trip was different. We only prepared a few meals and instead mostly dined in restaurants.

South Bay Fish & Grill in the Chula Vista Marina had great food. We liked it so much we ate there three consecutive nights. I tried the grilled Mahi Mahi, the grilled Salmon and the lobster. The staff was very friendly.

South Bay Fish & Grill is just a short walk through the marina/park from Chula Vista RV Resort. Maybe 5 minutes, probably less.

The Galley - Grill & Grog restaurant is even closer.

Like the high hedges to kinda block the view from the neighbors.....you spent a little "campsite" money on this trip!

This was a vacation - not a camping trip Easier to justify

At $55.00 per night my Bay View site was probably the most I have ever paid. I'd go back again though - I liked it.

Even at those rates I had to pay for wifi

It's great that facilities like this are available when you want to do something different. More importantly, they allow Class B's - some fancy resorts don't.

They had a pool and hot tub, small store with gifts, clothing, beer, wine, groceries. You could rent bikes on the premises.
