Default Manufacturer caused Rust

I have my recently acquired Roadtrek 190 in the body shop this week to have rust repaired, which never should have occurred. The right windshield post, where the manufacturer cut and modified the post to accept the new roof, above the generator service hole, where they cut through, and two places on the rear rain gutters where a patch was added.

Yes, I know sour grapes, but this was a one owner unit which had lived its whole life in central Florida, where we don't see rust. I hope and am sure that they have improved their metal preservation techniques.
