Default Onan - gas

I have a 2004 Roadtrek 190 Versatile with Onan, gas. I often run the generator going down the road. If you have not bought a Class B yet, get one with the generator powered by gas from you vehicle gas tank. Also, I'm 6'2" and have no problem with the height of the ceiling. can't wear a hat ...

I see....how much LP are you talking about...

I have a 12 gallon tank...is that considered more than average??

We sometimes run the air conditioning on the generator...but, mostly on shore power...

Other than that....it's for cooking, hot water and heat.....

Usually lasts for about one month....

LP is easy to get when you are at a station...it is NOT self serve as you know... I'm saying that for the benefit of others who don't know...

Everything is relative . . . what is a lot to some is nothing to others.

Welcome to the Forum Grif3 from the So. Texas Coast!

I too am 6'2" and can stand in my Airstream Avenue Suite (similar to your 190 but with the galley and bath sides flipped), but only under the Maxxfan. I also like the gasoline generator. I have a compressor fridge so my propane lasts a long long time.

My Falcon has something like a 6'9 standing height. For an older class B look for a turtle top, the kind with an over cab bed.

BTW the Falcon is for sale.

What year and model?
Price?

Are you planning on getting a new replacement or late model???

If the standing height is 6 feet 9 inches inside... what's the overall height of the vehicle on the roof??

I'm just curious..my interior height is 6 feet 3 inches..and the roof is 9 feet 7 inches..

Maybe you don't have a lot of insulation up there on your roof? I don't know...

I think on the Adventurous the 9' 7" is to the top of the AC, so the roof would be lower than that by a number of inches.
