Default Keeping dingy battery charged while towing

I have a 2010 Roadtrek 210 Popular and just bought a 2018 Kia Soul as a dingy. It's manual transmission and towable. I know the key needs to be in ACC position to allow front wheels to steer, but I am looking for a power pack or similar unit I can plug into the lighter socket to keep the battery charged while towing. Any suggestions or other ideas?
Thanks

The typical solution is to keep the battery charged using power from the tow vehicle wired to the towed vehicle battery.
