Default Recessed lighs

Have 08 pleasure way excel ts and would like to replace one of the
recessed light bulbs, tried to pry it down but did not come down easily
Did not want to break anything.Though there might be an easy way

Also, Consider changing to G4 base, 3 watt dimmable L.E.D. bulbs.

Sorry, That's the best copy I have. You can go to "Pleasure-Way Industries" Face book site and look in the photo section for: "Get Your Phil Friday" it is tip #14.... You may want to download the entire series for future reference.

wish i had seen this post 6 months ago( not a time traveler tho) used tiny screwdriver to carefully seperate ring from fixture chnged all bulbs to led. Cheap ones from amazon, testing polarity of the pins by turning on before snapping back in place, also making a small mark on ring and housing to align before removal.

I had the same problem in our reading lamps in our Roadtrek. I was able to get the lens off, but my finger are not agile enough to remove the bulb. I used a thin piece of foam to grip the bulb. I later tried one of the surgical gloves that I keep handy for diesel filling (rather that store a small piece of foam), and that worked well too.
