Default Relion LiFePO4 Batteries

Came across these guys (Relion) from a video the Wynns posted. I think they installed 3, 300 AH size 8D's on their new boat. Never heard of this company, but they seem to be a bit cheaper. Very little info and no claims that they have a BMS, yet their is over and under voltage protection of some kind.

Anyone heard of them?

The website looks familiar, but a search on the forum didn't come up with anything.

Lots of big claims like 5000 cycles at 100% discharge, which tends to hurt credibility a bit for me.

Cylindrical cells with BMS per this document.

On their spec sheets, if you look at the 100 ah and the 300 ah units, they say prismatic cells. I wonder if their website is a jumble of old obsoleted info mixed with new, or they just build batteries with two different techs?

Interesting at the bottom of that sheet is an address - they are about an hour's drive from my house.

That sheet looks exactly like the info that SmartBattery has on their site. I wonder if the same Chinese company makes these for both companies and it's just a rebranding thing going on.

I think the DOD claims are similar to SmartBattery - in the case of their 100 AH batteries - the actual cells are 108 AH. So their 100% DOD is taking it down 100 AH, which is really 93% DOD. Still a pretty deep discharge, and questionable practice.

Also note they are listing a "float" charge. I've never seen that with LiFEPO4 batteries. Just CV until charged, then off.
