Default replying to posts

I may be the dumbest guy around.

When replying to a thread, I see others copy & paste something from an earlier post and I have figured out how to use the little quote icon and insert the paste between the quotes.

I cannot find any tutorial and searches seem fruitless as to how to add the "originally posted by XXXXXX" at the beginning of the cut & paste.

Can anyone tell me how to attribute a copy & paste like I see all others do??

I have never sent/received a text....does that tell you anything?

Thanks,
Dave

Thank you Avanti ! I knew I was going to feel stupid when I asked the question.....
I have always scrolled down to the Quick Reply and have never used those buttons, I've just used the little quote icon at the top of the quick reply form which doesn't seem to offer the 'originally posted by' feature.
Anyway, thanks again.
Dave
