It's the same material as the windshield cover. It's opaque and an insulating material. The color is silver and is supposed to be reflective, but it's not shiny like something metallic. It folds up accordion style and fits in a pouch. Held on by magnets the same as before.

I'll post some pictures when I get home this weekend.
