Default Hello from Nova Scotia

Hi , my wife and i just picked up a 170 Roadtrek ( 1997 ). Great shape inside and out...high km's but seems to be running fine.

We used to motorhome a few years back in a c class, than had a couple of different travel trailers that we kept at a campground. Sold the last one we had when we but our last house we are in ( on a lake so this is or campground )

But we missed the driven to different areas for visits etc.

So we are trying this out and see how we like the close quarters, as we tour around before we go on long trips
Just us two and our 3 girls ( chihuahua's )

You may enjoy kimmee koolbeans's adventures with their five chihuahuas on YouTube. Non-chihuahua people may find it a bit off-putting.

.

Wow what a list. I love it.

I have been to the east coast, but not in a RV.

I hope to do your routes in a RV in the future.

Are boondock available in most of these places?

edit: Ok... reading the pages now. Lots of info to digest. Lots of details including park fees and overnight fees. Love the east coast. Love the places. Love the people. Many thanks for sharing the documentaries.

Just a note: If you buy a Parks Canada annual pass this year it will actually be valid for two years

MR_ed here, my wife and i recently purchased a 2001 Great West . I have been looking for a class b since I got rid of my class a Southwind. We had it for about 10 years and drove it everyweek if nowhere else but to the local grocery store. Our first RV was a 5 ton Chevrolet in the 60s when my dad moved his family of 14 kids out of the LA area. Im glad i found this group. I did find out that Great West is no longer in business. Just my luck. I hope to run into other Great West owners, maybe one with an extra owners manual. Thats all i got at this time.
