Default Is PDI recommended or first timer


Just purchased 2000 Rialta QD online and flying to Las Vegas to drive back to Minnesota. First time owner and wondering if it worth $850 to get the dealer PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) and training. Also looking for any other advise for beginner for cross country drive. Have seen some videos online. Full manuals are suposedly included. Appreciate any and all inout and opinion.
