Hey there I am excited to get to know the community on this forum. Wife and I are in our 80's but like to be active. Looking for some good information and I hope to share some with you in the furture if I can.

Used 2000 Rialta-- Qestion: Is there any merit to put studded tires on this unit. We live in Bellingham NW Washington and do get some snow in the winter. Can You make a suggestion on for studded tires. Especially for going up and down hills and also on the freeway.

Welcome to the forum. That's a good question, I think it will be ok as long as you use them for the bad months of winter. I would give a VW dealer a call to double ck. But with the Rialta being front wheel drive do you think that you would need them ?
