2007 Roadtrek SS agile

Id like to eventually upgade the battery system in my RV. Is it complicated to replace with a more updates set of batteries? Whats involved?
This SS runs so perfectly except it needs a few more current upgrades.
I heard the 2007 6cylinder is a great motor, feedback?

You meant 5-cylinder; not 6. That’s what we have in our 2007 Agile SS.

We actually have one of the first 6cyl build in 2007 sold in 2018.

Actually, as per RT, our’s a 2006 manufactured Dodge Sprinter converted by RT and sold as 2007. We hear 5-cyl performs better than 6. But, I feel they all perform fairly decent in terms of power and mileage.

We bought ours 2013 with about 14Kmi; now, its peaking up to 80K. We’re still thrilled and hope you’ll enjoy it!

The 5-cyl does not perform better. It is just that it lacks many of the failure-prone emissions systems that plague the 6.

In my opinion, the early six-cylinder engines (i.e., 2006 through 200 are optimal. Although they don't deliver the fuel mileage of the five-cylinder, neither do they suffer from failure of the plastic turbo resonator. Furthermore, the early sixes don't have the failure-prone DEF emissions controls.

On our 5’s, we’ve not had any complications - yet! I’ve heard plenty of pros & cons - majority leans toward 5’s.
However, bottom line is to 1) be aware of model’s common problems/potential defects; and 2) upkeep it well-maintained at all time. It’s been humming like a charm!
BTW: Yes, I replaced common potentially problematic plastic turbo resonator with an aluminum version.
