Changing Automatic Transmission Fluid

Have a 2002 Dodge, 2002 RoadTrek with approximately 30,000 Miles, checking for information regarding changing the Automatic Transmission Fluid, the following is suggested in the Dodge Manual.

Drain and Fill Automatic Transmission Fluid, Replace Filter & Adjust Bands under normal operating conditions (schedule A) at 100,000 miles, under severe operating conditions (schedule B) at 30,000 miles.

Wondering if the above info is done by all owners of a Class B, or is it advisable to change the Automatic Transmission Fluid at 30,000 miles instead of 100,000 miles under normal conditions.

As the saying goes an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I never had a trannny go out but I changed oil and filter at about 50,000 miles in my cars. Now that you mentioned it since I got my B used I will have to check prior service records it may be time to change fluid/filter.
