Default driver's seat arm rests

HOW DOES ONE TIGHTEN THE ARM RESTS? THERE IS NO ZIPPER ON THE ARM REST SO THE MATERIAL CAN BE REMOVED
TO ACCESS THE MOUNTING BOLT.

The armrests that I've removed had a spring in there. Yours might be different.
