Default finally bought one

Howdy. Just bought a 1999 190 Popular today from a couple in Jacksonville, FL. I live in Charleston, SC. I've been looking at Roadtreks for years, and finally found one at a price I could justify for a toy. I am looking forward to many enjoyable trips in the future, and look forward to interacting with you good folks on this forum. Happy trails.

Welcome to the forum where no question is too silly to ask. Trust me, I know!!!
There's a plethora of knowledge and experience on here, and most of us have tapped it
at one time or another.

Mike.

btw, Do you know Richard Davis or Ginger Alexander (not her real name I'm told) of Trademark
Properties? I loved their real estate show about buying and flipping houses a few years ago. Lots
of great info about housing prices and risk management in the United States.
(I'm joking, of course. )

Mike - I am a dirt (real estate) lawyer, and handled a couple of closings with Richard many years ago, and with several Trademark agents over the years.

I agree re asking questions. What better way to learn?

Been too much rain to play with my new toy so far, but that's OK. I even enjoy just looking at it parked outside.

Happy trails.

Hi Nick,
Quite honestly I laughed as I wrote that last part with my question about Trademark.
I told my wife about it and she thought I was crazy for asking, like "everyone knows
everyone else in this little town" applies to every city in America?
So I didn't expect that you knew them, rather you probably knew "of them". I think it's
kinda cool that you did. Like you said, I just thought, why not ask, just in case?

As far as the weather goes, we've been really lucky up here this fall and winter for precip.
We haven't had anything like the area just north of you got last week. However, they say
that will change in the next 2 days, so we're bracing. I wanted to see this morning's shuttle
launch, but we had some stuff that needed attention, and couldn't get away. I hope to be in
Dunedin Stadium on the first Sunday in March for a spring training game. Our last outing was last
October, and it was mostly rainy, wherever we went, so it wasn't our best trip, but you learn
to take it in stride.

Sometimes it's hard to just sit and wait between trips in your new toy, but it's worth
it when you finally do head out.
Like we've all said, lots of experience and know how on here, so when it happens, just ask.
We all did at one time or another.

Safe travels to you, too,
Mike.
