Default Low Point drain release

I have a 2006 Leisure Van Sprinter, 2500 Mercedes benz diesel. The manual shows where the low point drains are under the van just back of the fresh water drain valve but it doesn't get specific on how to open them. I dont want to start turning attachment knobs under the van until I know for sure that's what I'm supposed to do. Help!

Can you post a photo?
If not, hopefully an LTV owner will be able to help.
It looks like a cap in the photo in the downloadable manual.

Just turn them to the left and try to avoid getting wet.
