Default LPG Meter displaying OPn ?

Greetings. This is my first post so forgive me if I am posting in the wrong place. I have a new to me 2008 Great West Van and have a bunch to learn.

My Garnet meter displays "OPn" when I press the LPG button. Any thoughts?

Thanks, Dave

Default I think I've found the issue.

While removing my propane tank to refurbish it I found this corroded/broken ground wire that connects to the remote sending unit on the tank. After installing a new sending unit and cleaning up the ground connection the LPG meter inside the van appears to be functioning now.

Default

So apparently OPn means 'Open".
