Default Mystery RV

I posted up pics of a mystery RV we saw out in California last March
(in the Manufacturers and Models section) .
I have no idea what it was, but it looked like someone shortened a bread truck
or something. It was pretty quick, and it eventually got away from us, and we
only got a couple of pictures. None are very good, but you can see most of it.
Have a look

My guess would be that it is a Mercedes.

I think the engine was in the back, and I thought European too, but there weren't any
make/model labels that we could see. I tried searching for short squat rear engined rv
but got nothing that looks like it. I'd say it's been around for a while. It didn't look new.

Ok, I accept the crown, and I even left out NV somewhere near UT and CA in the list, I just noticed.
lefty: What Google keywords did you use? "short, squat, ugly"?
(apologies to any forum members who actually own one of them)

lefty, you definitely "Da Man"!!!
marko, you were so close with your first guess, you should get something too!!!!

O.K. I sorta cheated..... I saw one for sale on ebay and remembered the European shape.
But this rig is made up with a ton of different parts from Caddy , BMW , Renault and more !
I do like the rounded modern wood interior in the one link Marco included ! Looks like the newer
''Dodge'' Sprinter RV.
