Default No Hot water

2011 RT Versatile. Plenty of propane. How do I check to see if hot water heater is on. Red reset button does not come on so I assumed the water heater was working. But no hot water?

Read the manual... or any instructions on the water heater itself.

Putting your hand against it should tell you if it's warm or not. If not, the pilot probably isn't on.

It might be in winter bypass mode.
Like Cubey noted - check to see if the heater is warm.

Yours would DSI (direct spark ignition) so no pilot to light.
