I suggest you surf rvtrader.com and rvt.com to get a feeling for the market for this coach. I'd also check with the Pleasureway site to find what options are available for this model which will be a factor in a seller's asking price.

FYI, only the first owner qualifies for the Pleasureway 5 year warranty.

Sounds like a reasonable deal based on what I paid for my 2020 FL depending on the options included. How much solar, side and rear door screens and aluminium wheels are options that can add up to approximtely $10K. I would wonder why they are selling a one year old coach though.

2020 prices increased by about $11k mostly due to the 2019 MB chassis cost increases.

We love our Fast Lane (2018 Plateau FL). Don't know what the resale market is, but unless there have been issues seller's not talking about, you are saving quite a lot over the "new" price.

Not bad. RVTRADER.com's lowest price for a 2017 Plateau is $114,500. There is a new one in Florida for $129,995 but they are negotiable, but for how much?

Our first Pleasure-Way we traded in because it was too small after 1 year so it's very possible that is the reason, or some unforeseen circumstance. Pleasure-Way is one of the highest quality RV manufacturers so it's probably not quality!
