Default Pleasure-Way's 2008 Models - Any Details Yet?

We are quite attracted to Pleasure-way's Plateau model (Dodge Sprinter). We have all the info on their 2007 Plateau (based on 2006 model Sprinter), but would love to know what P/W has in mind for the Plateau based on the new 2007 model Sprinters.

Has anyone seen or heard any details?

I did see one post on RV.net that mentioned a new Short Sprinter model from Pleasure-Way on display at the Hershey Show.

Bobbi most probably attended the show and might catch this post and let us know what she saw.

Default ASCENT

Hi all,
I have not been able to get my information in a post on this site-for whatever reason, I don't know. I'll try again.
As you know, this a smaller unit then the Plateau. It is from the front bumper to the tire carrier 20' 8"s. From bumper to bumper it is 19' 4"s. It is a V-6 diesel, 3.0 litre. The "bed area" is 71"s in length and it is 69"s in width. Its a curved seating area just like the 4 seater Chevy. You remove those cushions to make up the bed, then store them in the front seating area. It has the ultra-leather on the cushions, really nice!
They have a Carrier low profile air conditioner. The dash is all new (very nice). The shirt closet has a lift up floor where you can hang longer items. This is really a beautiful looking unit. Pleasure-Way has AGAIN created an outstanding unit. It really looks very open and airy, we were very impressed with it.
The Ascent was the "Star" of the whole show!

Default Pleasureway 2008 Plateau Sighted "In The Wild"!

On another forum, someone reported that Bates RV, in Dover Florida, has a demo 2008 Plateau on their lot for crawling in, around and over, and to take for a test drive. One comment is that it may be the only one around right now, definitely a demo, possibly not even the final design.

You can go to Bates' website http://www.batesrv.com/SearchbyClass...2/Default.aspx. Scroll down a short way and click on Stock No. B22200.

Bates has about eight photos of the unit, but they don't show quite enough of the interior. Interesting that it has an exterior spare wheel. The writer who reported this sighting said he found the driver's seat awkward to use, because it seemed the wall of the bathroom was pushing up against the back of the seat - he could not get comfortable. He also thought the gear-shifter is lower than in the '07 model, so more awkward to use.

The PW rep who recently sent me the brochure with the detailled specs of the Ascent said he would pass on specs for the new Plateau "Real Soon Now". I'll post them as soon as they arrive.

Of course, absolutely nothing about them on PW's website .

Wabally in West Van.

Well, while we wait for more info on the 2008 Plateau, here's the floorplan of the 2008 Ascent:

You've probably already seen these Mikey.
