Default Power switch stuck "on" in '96 Roadtrek

On my 1996 Roadtrek 190 Poplar, Dodge chasis, the power switch for the coach battery is on and won't turn off. I suspect the relay may be corroded and stuck.Earlier, it would click when turning off at less than full charge. I tried turning it off while the engine was running and also with shore power hooked up. No luck. I didn't think it would have anything to do with the fuses, as there wasn't a specific fuse for the master DC power that I could find. All the accessories seem to work normally,

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Can a relay be replaced (by a trained technician)? Or how big an expense am I looking at here to replace the entire DC distribution panel? Any advice would be appreciated.

If the part lasted 15 year then that is not too bad My '04 RT had an Intellitec shut-off

It would be very easy to replace. They have service manuals here: http://intellitec.com/techsupp2.htm

I can think of why it won't shut off other than is is failing.

Why do you want to get a new DC distribution panel? Often people want to change the AC side - upgrade the charger etc. With luck, the new charger will fit and the DC panel doesn't have to be touched.

Thanks for the note. I thought the failing relay was part of the DC distribution panel is the only reason I mentioned that. But to get the disconnect switch fixed sounds a little less complicated. But I think I'll let a service tech do that.

Appreciate the reply. Thanks.

This problem had a rather easy answer. The isolator was indeed the problem. It was located under the left Settee behind the A/C panel. Roadtrek uses a PowerLine isolator with two 5 amp blade fuses. One of those fuses was blown. A thirty-cent replacement fixed the problem
