Do the two (2) House Batteries draw from the chassis battery if they are low?

I was unable to start the vehicle I disconnected the two house batteries, charged the vehicle battery used the 2010 RoadTrek 190 Popular for a week with no problem, I then connected the two (2) house batteries.

Approximately three (3) hours later I started the RT to move it from the garage to the driveway to wash it, the RT would not start, disconnected the two (2) house batteries, about 10 minutes later the RT started.

Again I connected the house batteries, a half hour later the RT would not start, again disconnected the house batteries, 10 minutes later the RT started.

This makes me believe that the house batteries draw from the chassis battery, am I right or wrong?

The original house batteries are 6 years old, the Chevy chassis battery is 4 years old.

They're not supposed to. The Separator should separate the batteries when the voltage is 12.8V or below (from memory).

If the Separator is not working properly then they could be getting joined.

For troubleshooting, I'd first check the chassis battery terminal connections to make sure they're not loose and no corrosion etc.

I checked the chassis battery terminal connections tightened them, then I connected both the house battery terminal connections to both house batteries, also connected the wire to to Ground of the battery separator, I have model 1315-200. I will wait till later on today to start the RoadTrek, hopefully it will start.

After tightening the chassis battery terminal connections, and tightening both as suggested by Mark, I found that the positive battery terminal connection was slightly loose. It has been 10 days now and I have had no problems.

My van experienced some running issues shortly after I got it all fixed up. It was a loose battery terminal. A $0.99 piece nearly put me on the side of the road. They're just that important.

That's good to hear Ron.

On your van, all batteries (house & chassis) should get charged when the van is plugged in. That's a nice feature.
