Has anyone ever heard or determined what parts of the modules were actually failing on the ones that have been replaced, sometimes several times, for customers under warranty?
I think that could be very useful information going forward, especially if the internal parts are available, as was just mentioned.

Not sure which parts but Tony Pineda says he has been repairing them for awhile and he has the parts needed to do it...

Maybe one of the owners who had Tony do the fix knows which parts he replaced...

They are asking $69K each for the two 2019s they have with EcoTrek, UHG and solar.

The reports on facebook claim that KS2 provided a 3 year warranty to Roadtrek and will honor that for individual owners, but they don't deal directly with consumers. So you have to go through a dealer. You can try the contact form at https://ks2corp.com/ to find out if that is true. The person on facebook had talked to someone there named Tony. How is that for rumor?

Not exactly what I saw...

The info I saw indicates that KS2 will provide a 3 year warranty on new Ecotreks that they sell but will not provide any warranty on the Ecotreks they built for Erwin Hymer. KS2 also will be selling the parts needed to repair existing Ecotreks. Only selling to dealers or service providers at this point, no direct sales to owners.

Here is a link to the facebook document from KS2 regarding warranty on Roadtrek lithium batteries. According to the document people should direct their dealer to kendra@ks2corp.com.
