Default Roadtrek Zion - Promaster based Class B Motorhome

Here are some updated photos of Roadtrek's new Zion Class B Motorhome. I've noticed some changes from the earlier prototype photos and like what I see

Nice color cabinetry:

Full stainless steel:

Counter extension:

TV on passenger side - looks like you extend the passenger side bed, sit on the sofa and lounge with your feet up

Looks okay except for those (excuse me) ridiculous curtains! They must have gotten my sister, The Monster, to decorate that. I'll still check it out a bit more.

Hey Gerry. Can a person of 5'8" sleep front to back or do you have to sleep side to side?

Gerry will know for sure but I think you can sleep either way.

Some updates I noticed:

- no 1/4 round trim at sofa base end
- TV on passenger side - should be easier to see from driver's seat and easy to lounge on sofa to watch TV
- looks like more underbed drawers or compartments or at least more divisions so probably easier to separate and organize indoor and outdoor stuff (or his and her stuff)
- window trim
- step to cab is straight across now

Things I had not noticed before:
Looks like rear reading lights on each side.
Three multi outlet 12v / USB / 120V centers. One up front above the counter extension and one on each side in the rear. A Google search for that turns up a post from Gerry saying that he saw those when he viewed the Zion.

It is nice to see they weren't afraid to use a full height cabinet on the kitchen side. You need all the storage you can get. An area for bigger stuff would be nice, though, like you get with across the back storage designs. I wonder if they could do a setup like the pre-power sofa Chevies, where the area across the back of the seating area was filled so you got the full across the back storage?

The dark stains always seem to look nicer in the pics and videos, to us, and in person they are too dark for us.

I do hope these smaller van designs catch on so the market has something for everyone.
