Default Tires For Ford Wide Van Info

I was looking for a set of tires, got four(4) put on. I had swaying, "white knuckle" steering down the hiway. I thought it was alignment, I was it the Ford says NO to michilin (<-sp?) tires. They said the brand is too soft sidewalls, for the weight of the wide van.Any ideas??? rinkman1

That's interesting to know. I remember Jim on RV.net mentioning that Michelin LTX's caused his van to not handle very well.

Default TIRES

You can also use Kelly Springfield tires. Load E. You are getting the sway because of the sidewalls being too soft, just as you said.
