Default Travato Battery Maintenance

I realize the Travato uses GM batteries and they are mounted under the chassis.
And although these batteries do not require much maintenance, how do you do it in such an inaccessible location?

It's a sore point. Part of battery maintenance is checking for the tightness of terminal connections and terminal corrosion. As these batteries are typically oriented, doing this is difficult if not impossible. Unlike flooded cell batteries, AGM batteries can be oriented in any position (except upside down) which could make the terminals more accessible but I haven't seen this done.
