Default Water collecting under passenger seat!

Newbies here, embarking on our maiden upgrade to our ‘93 Coachmen 19B to replace carpet with vinyl plank flooring. The plan - remove all carpet in back and in the center aisle between driver and passenger seats. Leave carpet under and in front of captain’s chairs as is. Piece of cake, right?

When we removed the carpet from the aisle between the seats we noticed dampness in the felt underlayment of the substrate, getting progressively wetter to the point of being saturated under the passenger seat. Moving uphill in the footwell area it progressed from soaking to damp. (The good news? We found the source of the musty smell!)

Any suggestions on diagnosing the source of the infiltration? The trim (gasket?) on the outside of the windshield is definitely compromised.

Where to obtain replacement exterior trim /gasket for a 93 Chevy G30?
