Default Water filter system

I am interested in a water filter for my 22' Roadtrek. We'll be traveling thru the US and Canada - not into Mexico.

Any recommendations on which system works best? and is easy to install?

Thanks in advance.

I have been using the in-line filter sold at WalMart for years and have had no problems; when I winterize I pick-up a new filter. Guess you could buy something more expensive ($18.) but we usually some carry bottled water. Safe travels.

Is there any particular brand that you've used? I was Walmart today and saw a few different ones.
thanks

Default Water Filter

The only thing I know about it is it is light blue in color and comes wrapped in a hard clear plastic pouch. I suspect any would do. Ron

We have a Pur 3 stage faucet filter on the kitchen sink faucet.
Very easy to install and easy to change filters.
Says it filters out just about everything. Never had any problems so it either works good or we have never had any bad water.
Now that I think about it, it is probably a good idea to have an inline filter also to use when not sure about the water source. No use getting something bad into the tank or lines.
