Default Best RV for you?

Several people have noted that the best Class B RV is the one that is best for you. In the end, that is true. In the beginning, you may have no way in the world of knowing what is best for you.
Take layout, for example. Many reputable RVs have the propane stove in close proximity to the bed. What are the odds that you are going to splatter bacon grease on that bed? How much storage space is absolutely necessary for the way you travel? You may not be able to tell until you try loading up for the first trip and discover your Coleman stove won't fit anywhere conveniently. Where is access to the wastewater tanks located and is the mechanism easy to use? You might never find out the right answer until the first time you dump.
There are 1,000 things veteran RVers know from experience and may never really give further consideration to them. Some things are just "common sense"--but only after you discover that you do not have nearly as much common sense as you thought you did.
We have put more than 175,000 miles on our Roadtrek 190P since 2009. The single most frustrating thing in the beginning was that the owners' manual told what to do but often didn't say how to do it in terms a newbie could understand.
