Has anyone changed out a bathroom sink?

We are the proud new owners of a '01 Rialta FDD and my bathroom sink leaks badly, also the shower pull up knob doesn't stay up and also leaks badly.Have any of you fixed this problem? Does it require a replacement faucet?


We are also having the shower issue with it refusing to pump out even after the screen was cleaned.


Hopefully the primeing process I read hear will fix that.
