Default tire size vs speedo accuracy

I am considering going to the 215 size tire all around. My concern is what the larger rolling diameter does to the speedometer accuracy. The way a lot off law enforcment has been handing out citations make this a primary concern. Any of you who have put 215s all around have any input

The information about the 215 size tire is that your speedometer will be right on. I have the orginal 195 size on my 04' R and the speedometer is off by 3 mph compaired to my Garmin GPS. My speedometer reads 65 mph vs GPS of 62 mph. The difference was made this way in Europe because any car company could be helded accountable for speeding tickets. So they calibrated the speedometer to read faster. I also had a 2006 Suziki car and my difference was 5 mph error. My speedometer read 70 mph but I was only going 65 mph. Complained to factory and speedometer was replaced under warranty and read correct speed. Your milage indicator will now be correct. With the smaller tire, your milage is higher than true milage.
