Default 1990 Roadtrek Black/Grey Water Exhaust Leak

I got a leak at multiple areas, one being the valve to the tank which I see I can order off Amazon and replace, also I have leaks somewhere in the body width long pipe which is inside a metal pipe that has rotted considerable at the opening end. Is it possible to find a metal pipe replacement somewhere or should I even worry about that? I could conceivably get some of that black irrigation pipe from Home Depot and remove the metal as I don't see high centering this thing and even if so the cost of black pipe is nothing I'm sure compared to that metal shroud. Does debris come up at a rate which I need that outer metal pipe? Thanks for your help!

I would go with PVC pipe but I'd still keep the shroud just in case. The worst that could happen is the PVC breaks and you have a spill somewhere and get fined for it.

You could rework the shroud though, it doesn't need to go completely around the pipe if that makes it easier.

Sometimes it is not a leaky valve, but a piece of crap or toilet paper that is jammed in there. I'd be tempted to try a good flush before ordering a valve.

Considering the condition of a lot of the other items on this fixer upper I preemptively ordered some valves as one of them is real loose feeling at the least but I'll check it out when I drop it down to see if it's just a blockage. The main pipe is definitely in need of some service so wont be a total waste. I got some waste water treatment on Amazon a bunch of people say is good at breaking down regular toilet paper is that not the case??

I cobbled together a new system using 4" pvc Bell mouthed drain pipe with a sheet metal heat shield and common hardware for my 92D190V it has held up for 15k++ miles, I also fabricated a better support at the end of the pipe
