Itís the same house building wall insulation. You can find it at any Home Depot or Loweís etc. I canít remember why we chose R13 over a higher one, but it works really well because itís layed out floor to ceiling, wall-to-wall. And any little nooks and crannies that were exposed got a handful of it stuffed in.

A few pics of my shower... The inside wall is curved with the contour of the van wall, and I used a curved shower rod (it's up high and gets in the way exactly 0%, best move I made!). That gives me about 4" of extra elbow room. I still have to stick the shaving mirror to the wall and hang a few hooks in there (for my soap-on-a-rope... JUST KIDDING).

Very nice shower and yes its a good size one at that. The curved rail is a good idea. Thank you for sharing your build with us.
