Default propane tank

When looking at the pictures of 6813 and 14 , do all the fittings lineup with the fill location in the rear bumper.

I can't help you there as my propane tank is located on the side of the rig under the driver's side door

What kind of shop is doing the replacement? I sand and repaint mine every year or 2, but cannot reach the top, and would consider replacing it as it's original on my 1997 Xplorer.
