Default How to: Installing Fiat Tablet/Phone Holder in a Promaster

I've been looking for an OEM type solution to hold my cell phone for navigation. I found that the Fiat Ducato (the promaster in Europe) has an OEM option for a locking tablet/phone holder that replaces the stock clipboard. This install video shows how it's install into a Ram Promaster.

The part number is 0735653789-001 and I purchased mine from ebay.

Thanks for sharing the info about that mount.

It looks like it could fit other vehicles also.

No, it's only for the promaster. I mean I guess you could try in another vehicle but it won't fit perfectly and you'd be drilling into your dash.

I'd say it absolutely will NOT fit any other vehicle. It is specifically designed to replace the dash clipboard.

.

I have seen people putting a RAM mount on that spot.
It works quite well.
But it will probably cost more.
