Default Roadtrek Heatpump Air Vent Leak

I found an air leak in the ductwork on my 2006 Roadtrek 210P. Other units that have the 2 black air vents that blow down onto the rear area probably have the same problem. I removed the two black vents that blow down onto the bed area. The way air gets from the CoolCat to the vent has a major air leak the way the black vent is attached. The black vent does not seal well against the rectangular supply duct. I used some expanding spray foam to seal between the black plastic vent housing and the supply air duct. It blows air better now. Picture 1 shows the rectangular air supply after I removed the black vent housing. Picture 2 shows the vent after I pulled it back out after the foam had cured overnight. Don't use too much foam as it expands quite a bit and you may have trouble removing the housing if you ever need to in the future.
