| A Buffalo wandered into the campsite next to ours at Yellowstone. Later two bull elk decided to lock horns and tussle on the same ground. Quite an interesting start to the evening. The night before, as we arrived in the Park, we almost had a head-on encounter with one of these. Imagine a full-sized bison head appearing in your windshield unexpectedly. Lucky we were going slowly and could swerve to miss the beast. |
