Hey, Davdd, A Galleria owner here from Florida, just wanted to say hello and found a lot of Class B helpful tips at RvXplor on the web. Very nice from both old pros and novices. We have made a few trips around the USA exploring National Parks and visiting family around the USA. Just stopped in to say hello here on Class B Forums. If you are on FB there are a few very good and helpful Coachmen Galleria groups. Also, you may enjoy the SpinterStore and a Sprinter-Source, in any case, safe travels, and hope to see more of your posts soon. Remember the best outdoor adventures start with a safe and happy road trip. Take care.

Hi Dave, I called Advance RV and spoke to Rob. I told him I was unhappy that my Airstream Interstate 19 was not at all a 4 season camper since the lines and tanks were exposed below the coach. I asked him if the Advanced RV class b motorhomes were 4 season campers. I do not remember everything he said and I do not want to try to specifically quote him, but I was left with the sense that unless all the tanks were inside the coach and really insulated, they should not be considered safe in freezing temperatures. Clearly if you are camped with electrical hookups and ran the tank heaters, you might be ok. I was concerned about traveling from one spot to the next, with the frigid air blowing on the tanks and lines. I have emptied my fresh and grey tanks, used a compressor to blow out the lines, and will use the toilet and flush with a combination of water and anti freeze. I will use the camper as a travel vehicle and stay in hotels. Jerry

Hello David! I am considering upgrading my inverter from a 2000 watt Zantrex to the Zantrex XC Pro 3000 inverter/Charger? Are you happy with it in you van? Recomend it ?

We are thinking about traveling from AZ to Rochester, MN for xmas. Our daughter and her family will have quarantined for 2 weeks prior to our arrival. Might bail if things get as bad as predicted. But if we do go, do you have suggestions as to route at this time of year and possible places to camp along the way. I suspect that I'll have to winterize the water system. Not a big deal since we don't use FW tank water for drinking or cooking. We'll be able to do a dump at their place via their sewage cutout after arriving so dumping is not an issue.

    Thanks for any advice. best.glenn

Hello from a fellow Minnesotan. I own a 2015 Winnebago ERA 70A, bought used from a rural owner. I have always filtered any well water put into the fresh water tank or used city water, and religiously treated the black tank with liquid chemicals. The black tank is back flushed when emptied, sometimes flushed by a wand from the toilet side. There is never any #2 or paper put into the black tank, just urine. To prolong days between dumps, after reading a thread here, we have been using a spray bottle to "flush" the bowl after dumping the urine into the black tank without engaging the water pump. There is some kind of scale or mineral deposit flushing out of the black tank. Can a product like CLR, LimeAway, or even vinegar be safely used to treat/remove deposits from the tank? Your input is greatly appreciated!!

Hello Sir, I have been following your posts and have enjoyed reading them. My wife and I have just started to look in to down sizing to a class B RV. I like what I see in ARV. We might be looking for a used unit as price is important. Can you explain the benefit to 48volt system vs 12 volt systems? What would be the difference for off the grid camping on two ARV's with 800 amp/hr battery's and 420 solar, one with 48v system vs 12v system. Thank you Kevin and Michelle Cook.

Can anyone tell me how to find rallies in Florida or Georgia? I can't find the web site for rallies....especially interested in Rialta groups. Thanks, Brenda

Hi David I was wondering if you made it to the UP winter camping trip last month. I didn't see any posts about it. Someday I will make that trip.
    Thanks
