GWV Titan Power Converter Location

I have a 2012 GWV Titan. Can anyone tell me where I will find the power converter?

I suspect it is bad as I am only getting about 12.4 volts across the batteries when plugged into shore power.

I have a 2012 GWV Titan on a 2011 Chevy chassis. GWV installed Style-Line wheel covers.

I have damaged the front cap and the two mounting nuts.

Does anyone know where I can find...
