Mud flap melted onto exhaust

Pic of the exhaust pipe and mud flap. The flap is securely attached, as is the exhaust pipe. Catching on something seems to be the only reason this could have happened.

The Galleria 24 has a 2000 Watt Xantrex Freedom XC Series Inverter Charger, the battery is a 330 AMP AGM Battery REV-8D-330, R4000 series (Relionbattery.com).

There's also a 100 Watt Solar panel....
