Talked with Dean at PW and he said that they didn't feel that the Roadmaster add on was necessary but add it if you wish. Nothing said about negating the warranty.
The air bags have nothing to do...

I've had replies on other forums and I'm going to call PW this Monday and ask if they recommend it. The word is that it might conflict with the air bag system.
I will post the info I get from PW.

They say that it's caused by the shorter wheel base of the Ford chassis compared to let's say the Chevy. Suppoesedly the new 2008 chassis has a better suspension.
