Short wheelbase may put the Transit at a disadvantages when all loaded up and in the wind. It is pretty short.

Are the Promaster mirrors really that big. They wouldn't go through our 9' wide...

How does a very basic, stripped down, Sprinter compare in price to a Transit (if they even make such an animal)? If they can get even close to the Transit price for the van, I doubt there would be...
