I can't disagree with that thought at all. I think if someone were to buy from them right now, they should get a substantial discount for cash, and the materials right then.

Their latest financial update on the site, doesn't look very great-more deposits received listed than total assets, $11M liabilities vs low assets. Lots of mergers in a few years. The big thing...
