You can spray a little glass cleaner on the tabs...

You can spray a little glass cleaner on the tabs and it will help lube the mechanism. Makes them a lot easier to disengage.

There are two tabs at the top of the assembly...

There are two tabs at the top of the assembly that holds the reflector in place. That is how you pull the light out to access the bulbs. I just did time recently.
